The Softforce founding team includes former Oracle employees and professionals with experience in global service delivery model. The founders have nearly 20 years of experience in Oracle Applications development and implementation. Softforce specializes in the implementation of Oracle CRM Service Suite of Applications. With extensive involvement in the Design and Development of Oracle CRM Applications, having implemented Oracle CRM projects and having worked with various customers in the repair and reverse logistics industry, Softforce is in a position to contribute significantly in the design, customization and implementation of CRM applications. Our expertise specifically is in Depot Repair, Install Base, TeleService, Service Contracts and other related modules including WIP, Order Management, Purchasing, Shipping, Inventory, BOM and iSupport.
Ask us about our recent implementations of R12 Depot Repair and Install Base modules at various clients. All the new R12 Depot Repair features including High Volume Repair Technician portal, Bulk Receiving, Status Transitions and 3rd Party Repair were implemented. We were involved with all aspects of the project including requirements gathering, solution design, setup, testing, documentation, data conversion, customizations and TAR management.
The founders have helped various customers including Motorola, Zebra Technologies, Stryker, EchoStar and National Instruments in their implementation and customization work while working at Oracle. Having been part of the Oracle development team, they have close contacts with the development teams at Oracle. This helps Softforce to work directly with Oracle development to quickly resolve issues with the new R12 release.
Oracle Depot Repair – Portal and Fusion Extensions
Softforce has an Oracle Applications portal, which is geared towards providing functional knowledge and solutions for functional consultants and customers. We are constantly adding a lot of useful information here based on experience gained from our various consulting implementation projects.
Softforce development team has developed extensions for R12 Depot Repair, which can be tailored to meet the needs of any Depot Repair Customer. These extensions use the Oracle Applications Fusion Framework and take advantage of Oracle public APIs and are built such that they can be add-ons to out of the box Oracle Applications functionality. Softforce also implemented some customizations to Depot Repair base functionality for its clients to automate the process flow.
